- Be sure all members are present. Prime data will be driven from the member screens and then family screens.
- Keyword Clean Up
- Archive and then Delete family and member records that are allowable under the archival policies.
- Archive all records that are inactive and will not be migrated but have data within the archival windows.

***August 2022, currently we are in the first phase with our pilot parishes and configuration decisions for subsequent waves are in process and changes in final picklist values will occur. If you cleaned your data to align with previous trainings and "older" picklists, your work is valid. The implementation team is prepared to work with both picklists as long as your data is "cleaned" to align with these trainings (old and/or new). Please see this video for further explanation.
